I am following the steps to view our computer's base score by trying to open Performance and Tools by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Maintenance and then clicking Performance Information and Tools. However, I cannot locate the System and Maintenance icon so, therefore, cannot proceed. Perhaps this does not apply to our computer? Windows XP does not come with the Windows Experience Index.
